A unique bar brooch that can be worn vertically on a sweater or horizontally at the collar of a buttoned-down blouse.  A 1 inch textured/painted nickel silver disk is affixed to a 2 x 7/8 inch rectangle with a dark navy and light blue spotted patina that resembles....bubbles!
