What is your shipping policy?

 I am shipping domestically only at this time.  Items will be shipped with in 2 days after full payment is confirmed.  I ship all items by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation.  USPS Priority Mail shipping will require an additional fee.  Each item will be shipped in a white, hand painted gift box that will be placed in a padded shipping envelope.  I will include an air tight plastic bag to store your item to prevent tarnishing of silver containing pieces.  If it is a gift, please indicate where I am to ship it and your message will be enclosed.  Once mailed, I will contact you via email with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. I have taken great care in describing each item with measurements and photographs so you can make an informed decision.  Please contact me via my contact form if you have additional questions about a piece.  I do not accept order cancellations, but please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

How do I make a custom order?

I am not accepting custom orders at this time.  When I do, I will announce this on my Instagram page (@allymcbead) and my website.

What if a piece I am interested in has sold out?

If you see a sold piece that you love, please contact me.  While I prefer not to duplicate unique items, I may be able to re-create a similar piece for you.

How do you accept payment?

 I accept PayPal and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard).  At check out, hit the PayPal button and you will have a choice of payment options.

 What do you do in the case of a shipping damage?

 I take care to package each item carefully.  Sadly, packages are damaged during transit.  If you have a shipping damage claim, contact me as soon as possible. Please send me  photos showing the damage to the package as well as the damaged item.  Please keep ALL of the original packaging materials as the shipper may need to see them to process an insurance claim.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Please treat your jewelry gently.  Do not sleep in, shower, shampoo or swim with hand crafted jewelry.  I frequently use oxidizers and patinas to create a special effect.  I will use spray sealants or wax sealant specially formulated for metal.  These also prevent tarnish, skin discoloration and skin irritations.  I will include a small polishing cloth to remove unwanted tarnish as my thank you gift! Please understand that hand crafted is just that.  It is not as perfect as machine-created jewelry.  Slight variations give each piece its beautiful, one-of-a-kind character.
